So of course the movie is never quite as good as the book,but we all love to see our favorite books hit the big screen. Only if its to make sure they did things the way we imagined them in our heads. Not to say some of those movies have turned out to be huge disappointments. I could name a few but then this would turn into a totally different post than I wanted it to. So here are some of the movies that have already come out and that will be coming out this year that are based on books. And these are just a few that I'm particularly excited for there are so many more than just these few.
Vampire Academy (already out on dvd)
Divergent (Will be out on dvd on August 5th)
The Fault in our stars (Should be out on dvd in September)
The Giver (Aug. 15)
If I Stay (Aug. 22)
The Maze Runner (Sept. 19)
Gone Girl (Oct. 3)
The Hunger Games : Mockingjay Part 1(Nov. 21)
The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies (Dec. 17)
The trailer hasn't come out yet. I will update this when it does come out!
