Love Bites Review

Overview: As a mortal girl dating a vampire, Raven knows that love isn't always easy. Now that Alexander's parents have returned to Romania, Raven and her dreamy vampire boyfriend are happy to resume their cryptic romance.

But soon another visitor comes knocking: Sebastian, Alexander's best friend, arrives for a stay at the mansion. At first Raven is wary, then thrilled--this is the perfect chance to learn more about her darkly handsome boyfriend and his past. Raven has been wondering whether Alexander will ever bite her and make their love immortal, and Sebastian could be her guide to the love habits of Alexander and his kind. But when Sebastian falls for a particular Dullsvillian, will another mortal beat Raven to the bite?

My Thoughts: I'm finally getting to read the last three of these books and I'm so excited to see how Raven and Alexander's relationship turns out. She just met Alexander's best friend Sebastian and he's good looking, charming, and looking for a relationship he can sink his teeth into. And he has set his sights on Raven's best friend Becky. Even though I really like this series I thought it was a little selfish of Raven to deny her friend a chance to explore another relationship outside of the one she's been in for awhile. Not everyone gets married to their high school sweet heart or their first love. I understand he's a vampire and Becky probably wouldn't want to be with a vampire, but who is Raven to say who Becky should or shouldn't be with. I was surprised Jagger and Luna showed up again. Since Jagger has let go of the feud he had with Alexander they are pretty good friends. Luna is as sassy as ever and still mad that Raven tricked her into thinking she had been turned. Plus Luna is still trying to flirt with Alexander. She eventually sets her sights on Sebastian. Probably trying to get at Alexander through his best friend. Sebastian falls hook, line, and sinker for Luna and Raven witnesses her first vampire bite and its not on her neck. It's on Luna's! I'm excited to see how everything turns out. These books are really good if not a tiny bit juvenile. Then again I am 25 reading these books that are probably more suited for teenagers lol
